Terms and Conditions – pk07 Pakistan Betting Platform

01Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below whenever they appear, regardless of whether they are capitalised in the text.

• "pk07" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the operator of the pk07 platform at pk07.click and all associated services.
• "User" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on or uses pk07.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a User on pk07.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a User's pk07 wallet, including any applicable bonus balance.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means a stake placed by a User on any market or game available on pk07.
• "Market" means any event or outcome available for betting on pk07, including sports markets, PSL fixtures and casino game outcomes.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit awarded by pk07 that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" means PKR deposited by a User from their own payment source, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Platform" means the pk07 website at pk07.click and any associated mobile interface.

02Eligibility and Registration

To open and use a pk07 Account you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age. pk07 operates a strict 18+ policy without exception. If pk07 has reasonable grounds to believe a User is under 18, the Account will be suspended immediately, all pending bets voided and any remaining balance returned — subject to identity verification confirming the User is of legal age.

One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one registered Account on pk07. Duplicate accounts — whether created using the same identity, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method — are prohibited. If pk07 detects duplicate accounts, all accounts associated with the same individual may be suspended, winnings voided and balances returned at pk07's discretion.

Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete. This includes full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan and mobile number. Providing false information at registration or at any subsequent point is grounds for immediate account closure without obligation to return any balance derived from activity conducted under false information.

Identity Verification

pk07 may request identity verification documents at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or following unusual account activity. Acceptable documents include Pakistan National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

03Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your pk07 Account, including keeping your password and login credentials confidential. pk07 strongly recommends the following security practices.

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Enable OTP verification for login and withdrawals — this is mandatory on pk07 by default.
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify pk07 immediately at support@pk07.click if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

pk07 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to a User's Account where the User has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials. Where unauthorised access is reported promptly and pk07 determines the breach was not caused by the User's negligence, pk07 will investigate and take reasonable steps to protect the Account balance.

04Deposits, Withdrawals and PKR Payments

Accepted Payment Methods

pk07 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR with no conversion fees applied by pk07.

Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on pk07 is Rs 200. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though pk07 may apply limits at its discretion for risk management purposes. Deposits are credited to your pk07 Balance instantly or within a few minutes depending on your payment provider's processing time.

Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible — this policy exists to prevent money laundering. You may not withdraw to a third-party payment account. A valid identity verification must be on file before any withdrawal is processed.

Withdrawal Processing Times

pk07 processes withdrawal requests within one to four hours for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay — funds typically arrive within minutes of processing. IBFT bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank. Visa/Mastercard refunds follow the bank's standard processing timeline of three to five business days.

Bonus Balance and Withdrawals

Bonus Funds credited to your Account must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they become available for withdrawal. Real Money Funds are always available for withdrawal subject to the conditions above. When both balances are present, Real Money Funds are used first for all bets unless the User has a specific bonus bet active.

05Betting Rules

All bets placed on pk07 are subject to the following general rules as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant section of the platform.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until pk07 has accepted it and issued a unique bet reference number. If your connection drops or the platform times out before a reference is issued, the bet has not been placed and no funds have been deducted. pk07 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum bet on most pk07 markets is Rs 50. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event and individual Account. pk07 may reduce maximum stake limits for specific Users at its discretion where warranted by risk management considerations. Maximum limits on flagship events such as PSL Finals are published in the relevant market.

Odds Errors

If pk07 publishes an obviously incorrect price — one that is clearly the result of a data error or technical fault rather than a deliberate market movement — pk07 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at that price and return stakes. pk07 will notify affected Users by email and on-screen message within 24 hours of any such cancellation.

06Bet Settlement

pk07 settles all bets based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL and international cricket matches, the relevant football federation for football markets, and so on. In cases of dispute between the official result and a broadcast result, the governing body's official declaration takes precedence.

Most settled bets are credited to your pk07 Balance within 15 to 30 minutes of the official result. Complex markets — such as season-long outrights or top wicket taker — settle after the final event in the relevant series. Any bet that cannot be settled due to incomplete official data will remain open until the result is confirmed.

07Abandoned and Interrupted Events

Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or suspended before the conditions for settlement of a particular market have been met, the following rules apply on pk07.

• Abandoned matches (no result): All pre-match and in-play bets are voided. Stakes are returned to the User's Real Money Balance within one hour of the abandonment being confirmed.
• DLS result declared: Where a rain-interrupted cricket match produces an official DLS result, bets are settled on that result. There are no void exceptions for DLS outcomes.
• Postponed matches: If a fixture is rescheduled within 48 hours to the same venue, existing pre-match bets remain valid unless the User requests cancellation before the revised start time. Rescheduled fixtures moved beyond 48 hours are treated as abandoned and stakes refunded.
• Incomplete innings: Where specific innings-based markets cannot be settled due to an incomplete innings, those specific markets are voided while other settled markets from the same match stand.

08In-Play Betting

In-play betting on pk07 operates in real time during live sporting events and live dealer games. The following specific conditions apply to all in-play bets.

In-play markets close briefly following significant events — wickets in cricket, goals in football, dealer reveals in card games — and reopen at updated prices. Bets submitted during a market suspension window will be cancelled and stakes returned. pk07 does not accept responsibility for delays caused by network latency between a User's device and the platform servers.

All in-play bets are subject to a mandatory acceptance check. If the market price has moved between the User submitting a bet and pk07 processing it, pk07 will notify the User of the new price and request confirmation before accepting the bet. Users can configure price-change acceptance preferences in their Account settings.

09Bonuses and Promotions

pk07 runs promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets and seasonal promotions around events like PSL. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms published alongside the offer at the time it is activated. General bonus rules that apply to all pk07 promotions are set out below.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds awarded by pk07 are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms — typically between 5x and 30x depending on the offer type. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements apply only to Bonus Funds, not to Real Money Funds in the same Account.

Bonus Expiry

All Bonus Funds on pk07 carry an expiry date specified in the relevant promotion. Bonus Funds not wagered by the expiry date will be removed from the Account automatically. Real Money Funds are never affected by bonus expiry.

Prohibited Bonus Behaviour

pk07 takes bonus abuse seriously. Prohibited behaviour includes opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using bonus funds in low-risk combinations designed specifically to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play, and any form of coordinated abuse of promotional offers with other users. Accounts found to have engaged in these practices will have bonus winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.

10Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

pk07 is committed to providing a fair environment for all users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings and permanent closure of the Account.

• Opening or operating more than one Account on pk07.
• Providing false identity information at any stage.
• Using automated bots, scripts or any software that places bets without manual user input.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other users or any third party to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Any activity connected to or facilitating match-fixing or spot-fixing in any sport covered by pk07.
• Accessing pk07 on behalf of another person, including as an agent or intermediary.
• Attempting to launder funds through pk07 deposits and withdrawals.

11Responsible Gaming

pk07 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. Every registered user has access to the following tools at no cost via their Account settings or by contacting support.

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps. Once set, limits can only be reduced immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications at user-defined intervals showing total time played and total amount wagered in the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary Account suspension for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 12 months or permanently. During self-exclusion the Account cannot be accessed and all marketing communications are stopped.
• Reality Checks: On-screen prompts during extended sessions that show net session results and elapsed time.

12Privacy and Data

pk07 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on pk07 you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. pk07 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is used only for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention and responsible gaming compliance. Full details are available at Privacy Policy.

13Intellectual Property

All content on the pk07 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, market data and the pk07 brand name — is the intellectual property of pk07 or its licensed partners. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the platform for personal, non-commercial use only.

Reproducing, redistributing, publicly displaying or creating derivative works from any pk07 content without prior written permission is prohibited. Any scraping of pk07 market data, odds or platform content by automated means is strictly forbidden and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

14Limitation of Liability

pk07 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While pk07 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability and accurate market data, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may temporarily affect access.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, pk07's total liability to any User arising from or related to their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the value of the User's Real Money Balance at the time the relevant claim arises. pk07 is not liable for indirect, consequential, speculative or lost-profit damages.

This limitation does not affect any rights Users have under Pakistani consumer protection law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

15Changes to These Terms

pk07 may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Where changes are material — meaning they affect User rights or obligations in a meaningful way — pk07 will notify registered Users via SMS and on-screen message at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of pk07 after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you may close your Account and withdraw your remaining Real Money Balance before the effective date without penalty.

pk07's formal complaints process requires complaints to be submitted in writing to support@pk07.click. pk07 acknowledges all formal complaints within 24 hours and aims to resolve them within five business days. Where resolution requires escalation, pk07 will keep the User informed of progress throughout the process.
